Terms and Conditions

Last updated October 29, 2026 · Effective immediately

01.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CineDoc AI platform, software, APIs, and rendering infrastructure (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

02.AI Generation and Commercial Ownership

Subject to compliance with these Terms, you retain commercial ownership of output videos, scripts, narrations, and rendered media generated through your CineDoc account.

  • You may distribute, monetize, and publish generated media across creator platforms, broadcasts, and client campaigns.
  • You are responsible for ensuring prompts and supplied assets do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

03.Credit System and Billing

Generation cost is based on duration and scene count. Credits are reserved while a task is processing and deducted after the final video passes validation. Purchases are billed through the payment gateway available at checkout.

  • Purchased credit balances remain available until redeemed.
  • When generation or rendering fails, the reservation is released automatically.

04.Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You agree to use CineDoc AI responsibly and lawfully.

  • Do not create defamatory, fraudulent, malicious, or non-consensual deepfake media.
  • Do not create content promoting hate, unlawful violence, exploitation, or illegal activity.
  • Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, or intentionally overload system rendering workers.

05.Service Availability and Providers

Rendering depends on local infrastructure and third-party AI providers. CineDoc AI operates on a best-effort basis and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability during upstream outages, rate limits, or maintenance.
